1. Remorse or Cancellation (7 days) You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. For the return to be accepted, the product:

  • Must be in its original packaging;

  • Must show no signs of use or installation (especially for lighting fixtures and LED strips);

  • Must include all manuals, parts, and accessories.

2. Defective Products If the product has a manufacturing defect, you have up to 90 (ninety) calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or repair. We will request photos or videos showing the defect to speed up the process.
