Shipping and Delivery Policy

We work hard to ensure your lighting products arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time After payment confirmation, orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 2 business days.

2. Delivery Time Delivery time varies depending on your region and the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated delivery time will be provided at the end of your purchase.

3. Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email and/or WhatsApp to track your delivery in real-time.

4. Delivery Attempts Carriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be returned to our distribution center. In this case, a new shipping fee may be charged for reshipment.

5. Products Damaged in Transit Lighting fixtures and bulbs are fragile items. If you notice the box is crushed, torn, or makes a sound of broken glass, refuse receipt at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
